No, our retail location is no longer open to the public.
Our Contract Division has been experiencing steady and consistent growth, and our current production facility has reached its maximum capacity. To support this growth, we conducted a review of how our physical space is being used, including the area previously dedicated to our retail store.
After evaluating the store’s performance, we determined that reallocating this space would provide a stronger return on investment. As a result, the retail space has been transitioned to support the expansion of our Contract Division.
Moving forward, we will continue to serve our retail customers through our online sales channels, rather than a physical storefront. These changes allow us to better position the company for long-term growth and improved operational efficiency.
We ship through Canada Post Expedited Service. If you would like to have your order shipped by courier please contact our customer service department for a quote.
While we do have some items ready to ship, in pursuit of offering you the newest articles in apparel and tactical accessories, other items are brought in on demand, most straight from Europe. This process may take 7-10 days. Once your item is shipped from our facility you will receive a confirmation email that will contain tracking so you can follow its progress.
Size charts are available on each item. See the quick link under the size or colour menus, “Click here for size Guide”. Please note that Helikon-Tex and Direct Action sizes are displayed in EU. If you need assistance with sizing please contact our customer service department.
To order a shorter or longer length please add your request to the notes section during check out. We read every note and will follow up with you to make sure we send you the right length.
Orders can definitely be returned. Please reach out to us (customerservice@onduty.ca) for directions and return address. All we ask is for the item to be in the exact same condition you received it in and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Not quite the right fit? No problem! Send it back to us in its original condition/packaging and we’ll gladly exchange it for a better size. Please reach out to us (customerservice@onduty.ca) for directions and return address.

Our Tiered Discount System is set as follows:
Orders $300.00 to $499.99 pretax receive 5% off
Orders $500.00 to $749.99 pretax receive 7% off
Orders $750.00 to $999.99 pretax receive 10% off
And orders $1000 and above pretax receive 12% off!
Discounts are applied automatically at check out. Please note, sales rack items do not qualify for tiered discount savings
