Standard In-Stock Items

Items that are in stock at our facility are typically processed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery times for standard items generally range from 7 - 10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Special Order & Supplier-Sourced Items (Europe)

Some products offered in our online store are sourced directly from our supplier in Europe. These items are clearly identified on the individual product pages.

For these supplier-sourced items, shipping timelines are as follows:

  • Supplier to Us: Approximately 2 to 6 weeks

  • Processing at Our Facility: Once received, orders are prepared for shipment

  • Delivery to Customer: Approximately 7 to 10 days, depending on the delivery address and carrier

Because these items are sourced internationally, shipping timelines may vary due to customs processing, supplier availability, or transportation delays beyond our control.


Combined Orders

If your order contains both in-stock items and supplier-sourced items, the order may ship in multiple packages. In some cases, we may hold in-stock items and ship the full order together once all items have arrived, unless otherwise requested.
